We have private pay amounts from $65.00 to $157.00 depending upon how long your session lasts. If you have a high deductible, sometimes a private pay amount may be less expensive. We will be happy to discuss alternatives with you.
In your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.

The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
